He began as a Summer Analyst, received the full-time Analyst return offer, was promoted to Associate early, and most recently promoted to Vice President. Over the years Nolan played a pivotal role inĀ interviewing and hiring numerous candidatesĀ at the Summer Analyst, Analyst and Associate levels,Ā bringing firsthand knowledge to the recruitment process...also having gone through it himself. Nolan graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with majors in Finance and Accounting, and a minor in Economics.

She began in management and strategy consulting before lateraling into investment banking as an Analyst. She was then promoted to Associate early where she worked for three years. Over the years Mackenzie interviewed numerous candidatesĀ at the Summer Analyst, Analyst and Associate levels,Ā bringing firsthand knowledge to the recruitment process...also having gone through the lateral process herself. Mackenzie graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with majors in Finance andĀ Real Estate.
